4th Annual Knight Pack Walk/Food Drive Video included

In September, Knight Pack was created by Windsor student Alexis Green to send food packs home every weekend to students in need. Fast forward five years and it is now a Service Club at the high school and involves other students and community organizations. More than 77,000 food items have been sent home to students and their families. The Knight Pack Walk is the clubs biggest fundraiser of the year.

This is the third annual event and it's mission is to educate, inspire and empower women of the Southern Tier in personal and professional development. Each year the summit provides women with a day of workshops, in addition to raising funds for local scholarships.

    In 1989 Bill and Carolyn Bandera gave back to their community by holding a free Christmas Day dinner. A small group of 68 people were served a free, hot, homemade meal at The American Legion Post 80 located in the city of Binghamton. 28 years later, the tradition continues. In 2016, more than 3,000 meals were served including 1,200 deliveries.
