The man who recently came forward with new information in the Cal Harris murder case, has a second scrape with the law.
33 year old Kevin Tubbs was arrested Sunday after police responded to his Candor home for a domestic incident.
Police say the dispute took place in front of a 3 year old male.
He came forward with new information in the Cal Harris murder case.
Harris was convicted in June of murdering his wife Michele.
He faces 25 years to life in prison, but his sentencing was delayed after Tubbs testified he saw Michele the day after she was believed to have been killed.
Tubbs was charged with Assault and Endangering the Welfare of a Child.
He was arraigned in Town of Owego Court and scheduled to reappear later this month.
