Binghamton Man Arrested For Child Pornography

A Binghamton man is behind bars after New York state police find child pornography on his computer.

42 year old Jeffrey Raker is charged with promoting an obscene sexual performance by a child and possession of an obscene sexual performance by a child.

Police investigated Raker after an internet provider found obscene material transmitting over the internet.

Police searched Raker's home on 15 Savitch Road in Binghamton and seized his computer.

Raker was arraigned in the Town of Chenango Court and remanded to Broome County Jail without bail.
