Police are investigating the death of a college student from Chemung County.

21-year-old Thomas Argentieri of Horseheads was a senior at Alfred University.

Police were called to his off campus house today around 3 a.m.

He had been in a fight with another student.

It's not clear if a weapon was used.

Argentieri was taken to the hospital where he later died.

Police suspect foul play but are waiting on results of an autopsy.

Alfred Police have interviewed a suspect but no one's been charged.

Alfred is in Allegany County about 70 miles southeast of Buffalo.
