A joint investigation conducted by the Schuyler County Sheriff’s Office and the Chemung County Sheriff’s Office developed information identifying a potential meth lab at 1741 Gano Road Montour Falls, New York.
A search warrant was Issued over the weekend and at approximately 7:00AM monday. The search warrant was executed by the Schuyler County Sheriff’s office, the Chemung County Sheriff’s office, the New York State Police and the Schuyler County District Attorney’s Office. The search did identify items related to the production of methamphetamine and the Drug Enforcement Administration responded and assisted in processing the scene.
The following persons were arrested as a result:
Grant E. Simons (age 45) of 1741Gano Road Montour Falls, NY is charged with one count of Unlawful Manufacture of Methamphetatnine in the Third Degree (a class “1)” felony) for allegedly possessing items used for the production of the Meth. Siujons is held on $10,000 cash bail.
Charles A. Patchen (age 30) and Jennifer L. Park (age 35) both of 1741 Gano Road Montour Falls, NY are each charged with one count of Crinilnal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the Seventh Degree (class “A” misdemeanors) for allegedly possessing Methamphetamine. Patchen and Park are held on $5,000 cash bail,
The investigation into the production and possession of Methamphetamine is ongoing.
Other charges are pending further PEA processing and lab results.
