Labor groups and some local leaders are crying foul over the actions of two companies.
First, the Communications Workers of America, or CWA.
It's upset with Time Warner Cable and taking its case around Upstate.
Several other local unions showed up to support the CWA outside the Federal Building in Binghamton.
At issue is providing pensions and 401K plans for a group of cable technicians in Utica.
The CWA claims Time Warner is not negotiating, and those workers aren't getting a fair contract.
