O2 Properties owns this house on Ogden Street in Binghamton.

It's where a family of seven made their home.

On Tuesday, the property manager Mark Phoreman was alerted by the city's code enforcement of horrific living conditions.

Phoreman tells Action News the home wreaked of urine, feces covered the floor, cockroaches ran rampid, and garbage filled the basement.

This is one of two dumpsters needed to remove the excessive amounts of garbage.

Phoreman says the children were taken into custody by the Department of Social Services.

Attempts to reach DSS were unsuccessful.
