59 year old Paula Snyder of Sullivan Township is charged with felony counts of involuntary manslaughter and homicide by motor vehicle.
Also, misdemeanor counts of reckless endangerment and endangering the welfare of a child.
Last March, 6 year old Nicholas Blackwell of Elkland got off his school bus with other children at Living Word Academy in Charleston Township.
As he crossed in front, Snyder ran over the boy.
District Attorney, John Cowley, says at issue in the case reckless behavior.
State Police say Snyder did not extend the crossing control arm that forces students to walk far ahead of the bus.
And they say she did not make sure all of the children had crossed before driving away.
