An investigation by 3 police departments ends with a man charged with grand larceny.
39-year-old, William Bieber of Endicott, was arrested on Thursday, at the Broome County Jail. Otsego County Sheriff's Office say he was there, after being arrested in November on a parole warrant.
Police say Bieber stole a debit card from a person in Decatur, back in September. Since then he has used it at ATM's in Worcester, Oneonta, Whitney Point, Vestal, Johnson City and Great Bend, and stolen over 900 dollars.
He also took a car from the same person, and didn't return it until mid-October. Tonight, he's in Otsego County Correctional Facility on 5,000 dollars bail.
