Bucci will become Director of Professional Development and Curriculum.
That position's been vacant for a year, and the one who held it before was making about the same money.
The Vestal School Board will vote on it next week.
Bucci is expected to start his new job the first week in January, once he's out of office.
He was prevented from running again for Binghamton Mayor with its 60 thousand dollar salary because of term limits.
Also Bucci's appointed Deputy Mayor, Rich David, has a new job.
Starting in January, he'll become Public Affairs Officer at Broome Community College.
He'll make a salary of 50 thousand dollars a year, about the same as he makes now as Deputy Mayor.
