Deposit Man Charged With Criminal Sexual Act

Last month, State Police arrested 41 year old Patrick Nolan of Deposit.
He's charged with criminal sexual act.
State police will only say it involved a teenager, and the investigation is on going.
The investigator did add that they are looking into whether there were more incidents, involving more teens.
The case will be handled in Delaware County Court.
