In Delaware County...
A man is shot at after his car breaks down.
State Police responded to a call of shots being fired Friday evening around 5:30.
That's when the man said his car broke down on Braehead Road..
While trying to restart the vehicle a nearby homeowner came outside and fired a rifle in the direction of the car.
56 year-old John Mason of Kortright was arrested when State Police arrive.
Mason is charged with Reckless Endangerment in the First Degree.
He was arraigned in the Town of Samford Court, and taken to The Delaware County Jail.
A search of Mason's home uncovered the weapon used in the crime.
