Tioga County ADA Charged With Drunk Driving

State Police say 34-year-old Kirk Martin was driving the car that crashed on Route 17 in the Town of Owego early Monday morning.

Troopers say Martin was heading west when he drove into the median and flipped.

Martin was treated for injuries at Wilson Memorial Hospital in Johnson City.

State Police charged him with Driving While Intoxicated and Failure to Keep Right.

He's scheduled to appear in Town of Owego court next week.
