Thirty-three year old Anthony Horton is one of the men accused of robbing a Chemung Canal Trust Company bank last Wednesday in Big Flats.

He's already charged with Aggravated Murder.

Another suspect is 42-year old Wayne Adams who's already charged with robbery.

"Today, the Chemung County grand jury did hear evidence in the case of Wayne Adams and the case of Anthony horton. They were presented to the grand jury for their consideration," said Trice.

A third suspect is Adams' brother, 45-year old Brian Adams, who has not been formally charged because he's still at St. Joseph's hospital in Elmira.

Brian Adams and Anthony Horton were wounded in a shootout with trooper Andrew Sperr shortly after the bank robbery.

Trooper Sperr, apparently unaware of the bank robbery, followed their truck and approached them, when they opened fire.
