One person is dead after a car crash, and another charged with homicide.
Pennsylvania State Police say it happened on State Route 2063 in New Milford at about 7:00 Friday night. Police say 22-year-old Jason Herbert of Hallstead crashed his Dodge pickup truck into the back of a caravan.
A passenger in the caravan died, but the victim's name has not been released.
Herbert is charged with homicide by a vehicle and is in Susquehanna County prision without bail.
