Students are holding a spaghetti dinner benefit Tuesday night for Alicia Boyce at Maine-Endwell High School.
Boyce, a teacher, and her family lost everything when their home was destroyed by fire last month.
The high school students say Boyce was one of their favorite middle school teachers.
Boyce was not at the benefit, but met with students earlier this week.
"She was just touched that the students would gather around and really help her out at a time her family is really in need and she was just floored," says ME teacher Rachel Murat.
Students and staff from the Union-Endicott school district also helped out.
It's where Boyce's son goes to school.
The benefit dinner runs until 7pm at the Maine-Endwell High School Cafeteria.
