Lee Pleads Guilty

54 year old Lewis Lee will serve time in both state and federal prison. Lee plead guilty to 7 charges of 3rd degree rape in Chenango County court in Norwich.
In March, he took off with 15 year old Elizabeth Thomsen of Columbus.
They were found a month later in Maryland.
Thomsen willingly left with Lee, and said he performed a marriage ceremony. Under the plea agreement, Lee will be sentenced to 9 and 1/3rd to 28 years in state prison this summer.
On Wednesday, Lee also plead guilty to federal charges and will likely be sentenced to 5 years by the federal court in September.
