Neighbors saw a couple arguing just hours before the wife was found dead in her home.
State police responded to Shady Drive in the Town of Union around 2:00 Saturday morning.
They found 40 year old Kimberly Hatch dead.
Her death is being ruled suspicious.
Neighbors say the Hatch family moved into their in December 2006.
One neighbor says he and others saw Kimberly and her husband arguing the day she died.
They don't know what the argument was about what.
Neighbors say what happened is tragedy and are also concerned for the Hatch's 15 year old son.
"I'm concerned how this is going to affect him. He seems like a good boy and I hope this is something he'll weather through and come out the other side a better person for it as tough as it's going to be," says neighbor Bob Greaves.
The Hatch family also has 2 younger children.
State police haven't determined the cause of Kimberly's death.
The autopsy was performed this weekend but they're waiting for results of a toxicology test.
