Attempted Murder Trial Begins

Last October, 5 people were shot and wounded outside Ra'Nelle's on Court Street in Binghamton. Ra'Nelles is no longer in business. Police said they believed one person was the target of the shooting. But the bystanders were hit instead. Levy is one of two people who police arrested. He's charged with attempted murder, assault and possession of a weapon. The other suspect, Isiah Tolbert pled guilty to attempted assault.
