A Broome County Jury convicted 18 year old Kieth Levy of Brooklyn on all charges, including attempted murder. Police say two men shot into a crowd outside the former Ra'Nelle's club on Court Street last October. Ra'Nelles is no longer in business. The gunmen were targeting one man, but 5 other people were hit and wounded instead.
A jury found Keith Levy guilty of 4 charges. He faces a sentence of 5 to 25 years on the most serious charge of attempted murder. The other man, Isiah Tolbert of Binghamton, plead guilty to assault earlier. He will be sentenced to 6 years in prison. No sentencing date has been set for either man.
