Boscov's Parade Details

Every year, the Boscov's Holiday parade rings in the season of giving in Downtown Binghamton.

The tradition continues this Saturday, November 22nd.

Local leaders announced the details today at Boscov's downtown.

Candace Chapman will be Emceeing the event again along side Action News Anchor James Gaddis.

It all starts at 2:30 on the corner of Main and Arthur Streets.

"We're encouraging everyone to come down and enjoy what the city has to offer and especially on this day to kick off the holiday season." says Binghamton Mayor Matt Ryan.

And the fun doesn't stop there.

From 1:00 to 2:30 pm you can skate for free at the Veterans Memorial Arena.

But you'll need to bring your own skates.

After the parade there will be a tree lighting ceremony at 3:30 outside the Broome County Courthouse.

To end the night, there's a free showing of 'Christmas with the Cranks.'

It starts at 4:15 in the Helen Foley Theater at Binghamton High School.
