Two Charged with Burglary

The Broome County Sheriffs Office Detective Division has arrested Amber Valentine 20 years old of 72 Pratt Avenue Johnson City, New York and Philip A Sergent 18 years old of 104 Harrison Avenue Endicott, New York.

Both are charged in connection with a residential burglary that occurred in the Town of Union on November 20, 2008. Both were arrested on November 26, 2008 and charged with Burglary in the 2nd degree a class C Felony.

Valentine and Sergent were arraigned in the Town of Union Court and released pending further court action.

Two others were arrested in regards to this case on November 25, 2006 Ashley Luce 17 years old of 310 Roosevelt Avenue Endicott, New York and Michael A
Page 28 years old of 1601 St Charles Street Johnson City, New York. They were charged with Burglary in the 2 degree a class C Felony and Criminal Possession of Stolen Property a class E Felony. They both remain in the Broome County Sheriffs Correctional Facility.
The investigation into this burglary is closed with no other arrests anticipated.
