The sentencing of an Endicott woman convicted of murdering her 2-year-old has been postponed.
In October, a Broome County Jury found 24 year old Melissa McLain of Endicott guilty of murder and manslaughter charges.
McClain and her son, Shaedon McClain McNeil, lived at this apartment house on Cleveland Street.
Last fall, emergency responders found Shaedon injured and struggling to breathe.
He died a few days later at Upstate Medical in Syracuse.
The prosecution Claims McLain struck her son, then failed to get medical help.
Her Sentencing has been postponed until December 19th.
