Two men are in the Broome County jail, charged with possession of a controlled substance.
22 year old Kaeleb Kasmarcik of Windsor and 19 year old Vincent Parisi of Kirkwood are now in the Broome County Jail.
Both are charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance.
On December 17th, state police stopped a car driven by Kasmarcik on Route 11 in Kirkwood for multiple vehicle and traffic violations.
After searching the vehicle, troopers found a prescription bottle containing 20 Darvaset pills.
Both Kasmarcik and Parisi were arrested for possession of a controlled substance.
Both were arraigned in the town of Kirkwood court and sent to the Broome County jail without bail.
