It happened just after 5:30 this evening at 902 River Road.
Chenango Bridge Fire Chief Brian Thorick says the driver was heading down Poplar Hill Road when he lost consciousness.
The man was still unconscious when crews arrived, and says he doesn't remember anything.
He was uninjured, but was sent to Wilson Hospital so doctors could determine why he passed out.
