Colegrove Trial -- Day 2

Two Forensic pathologist took the stand this morning in the trial of a Deposit man accused of killing his family in their home in August, 2007.
[ 32 year old Steven Colegrove of Deposit is seen here entering Bradford County Court, Tuesday.
He's accused of shooting his mother, father and brother with a shotgun in their Tuscarora Township home.
This mornings testimony focused on autopies done on the Colegrove family.
The examiners testified that 60 year old Joseph Colegrove was shot twice in the back of the head.
Causing him to die instantly.
Doctors also testified about the autopsy of Marlene.
They say she was shot once in the right hand, which could have been a defensive wound, and once in the back of the head.
Doctors say that shot killed her came from close range, maybe a foot or two away.
When 36 year old Michael colegrove was autopsied, it showed he was shot at least once in the face.
Testimony continues this afternoon with New York State police troopers expected to testify about finding the murder weapon.
