Windsor Bank Robber Surrenders

46-year-old Eric Ransom is accused of robbing an HSBC bank in Windsor on Saturday.

They say Ransom handed the teller a note and implied he had a weapon.

Police say Ransom walked into the Buffalo Police department and surrendered Monday afternoon.

He was arraigned in the Town of Windsor Court and sent to Broome County Jail.
