Man Charged for Vestal Burglary

Vestal Police charge a man for stealing more than 4 thousand dollars worth of paint-ball guns and gear.

Police say sometime between February 1st and 3rd, 23 year-old Eric Farrell broke into R and M Paintball at 301 Main Street in Vestal.

It was a tip that led police to make the arrest.

Investigators recovered 4 military style paint ball guns, accessories and cash.

Farrell has been charged with burglary in the 3rd degree, a class D felony.

He was taken to the Broome County jail without bail.
