Pounds of illegal drugs are off the street tonight after a drug bust in Binghamton.
New York State Police executed a search warrant yesterday at an apartment here in 99 Fairview Avenue in Binghamton.
During the raid, they seized 23 pounds of marijuana, a semi-automatic assault rifle, drug paraphernalia and almost 3 grand in cash.
The Marijuana was imported from Texas, and has a street value between 25 to 75 thousand dollars.
18 year old Daniel Santacroce of Binghamton, 30 year old Babatunde Omodele of Texas and Eddie Lowe Jr. of Texas are charged with felony criminal possession of marijuana.
All three were arraigned in Village of Johnson City Court and sent to the Broome County Jail without bail.
