59 year old Peter Hartmann of Owego was arrested two weeks ago.
He's a music teacher at Vestal Middle School.
Hartmann is charged with two misdemeanor counts of sexual abuse involving two boys on two separate days in September.
Police will only say the charge involves subjecting a person under 14 to sexual contact.
Both boys claim it took place in a school classroom during the morning hours.
The Vestal Superintendent says Hartmann will not work at the school while the court deals with his case.
Action News contacted Hartmann this weekend, who only said quote "There's no story here."
