Johnson City Leaders take disciplinary action against two firefighters tonight.

By a vote of 4-1 the village board passed a resolution against an officer in the department.

Village trustees aren't legally allowed to comment on the issue.

But said it was for continuously not following orders handed down by the the village board.

Another resolution was passed against a second firefighter for actions that took place outside of work, in the City of Binghamton.

That firefighter will be suspended.

Trustees would not comment when asked if that firefighter is Rob Rauschmeier, who is accused of purposely exposing himself to children.

Binghamton police charged the 33-year-old with public lewdness.

On Saturday, neighbors on Mill Street called police about a man who was standing naked in front of a second floor window.

Police say kids were playing in the neighborhood and believe Rauschmeier intended to expose himself.

The charge is a misdemeanor and he was given a ticket to appear in court.
