Endicott Man Arrested for Separate Crimes in Same Week

An Endicott man is arrested for robbery and burglary.

Police say 25 year-old Nicholas Maloney of Endicott stole from this CVS store on North Street in Endicott around 2 AM Wednesday.

During the robbery Maloney injured a person working there.

On Monday, Maloney broke into Endicott Tire and Service Center on Vestal Avenue.

He is charged with Robbery in the Second Degree, a Class C Felony.

And Burglary in the Third Degree, a Class D Felony.
