Action News obtained these papers from state supreme court.

In the lawsuit, Boyce says the termination violates her rights and is illegal.

She argues the school board violated the law when it met in private to terminate her contract.

The school board gives ten reasons for firing Boyce.

The board claims she made insulting remarks to members, and breached her contract by carrying over personal days from year to year.

The District has now hired a hearing officer to review the case.

And until there's a ruling, Boyce has been suspended with pay.
Boyce's attorney says she's seeking a fair hearing and due process.

The SV School District wouldn't comment on the case.
