On the website myspace dot com, Shane Katen and Lisa Tyler say they're in love.
Lisa writes they're going to have a baby.
In his final note to his girlfriend...Shane writes..."We got a long ride ahead of us and I will be here for you every step of the way. I love you."
Now investigators are trying to figure out what could have happened to make Shane shoot his girlfriend, then shoot and kill himself.
The Broome County Sherriff's office says it happened sometime late Thursday night in the rural town of Sanford home.
Investigators aren't commenting on a motive, but say it looks like the two had a fight before they died.
Katens's father is the one who discovered the bodies.
He got home around 12:30 Friday morning.
When he got inside the house he found his son and his son's teenage girlfriend both dead from gunshot wounds.
Neighbors would not talk on camera, but say Shane grew up in this area.
In an eerie final note, Shane writes to Lisa on his myspace page..."I will be here for you forever and I will have no fear in death for I will part happily in your arms".
The Broome County Sherriff's Office says autopsies are being done today on the two teenagers.
Investigators hope to have more information once those autopsies are complete.
