An update now on the City of Binghamton.

The boil water advisory has been lifted.

It was in place for parts of Upper Pennsylvania and Park avenues, but was lifted this morning.

The city says all residents now have safe drinking water.

And crews in the city have been finishing up an assessment of the flood damage.

Mayor Matt Ryan's office says the damage will likely be more than the original estimate of 4 million dollars.
