Car Runs Into House, Down Riverbank

Two people are injured, after their car runs right into a house and down a riverbank.

It happened early this morning on route 79 in {eye-taska} Itaska, in the Town of Barker.

Police say 21-year-old Kellen Spencer was speeding when his car ran off the road and hit this home at 76-85 route 79.

The home was damaged so badley the residents can't live there for now.

After hitting the home, Spencer's car rolled onto its roof and down a river bank.

Spencer was airlifted and taken to Wilson Hospital.

A passenger, 21-year-old Natasha Baker suffered head and neck injuries and also went to Wilson.

A nursing supervisor at the hospital said she could not release their conditions.

Police say alcohol and speed were a factor in the accident.
