Insulin Overdose Led to Death of Bradford County Woman

Searchers found the body of 45 year old Karen Dye of Wysox late Monday afternoon while looking in the Susquehanna River.

Dye was last seen picking up her husbands prescription at the CVS Pharmacy in Towanda on Thursday.

The search of the river started after her car was found the next day at a boat landing.

The Bradford Coroner says she died from hypothermia shock due to insulin overdose.
