The Grand Royale in downtown Binghamton hasn't paid occupancy taxes since 2002.
The county doesn't have a grand total yet.
It says the hotel owes least 138-thousand dollars.
That figure includes $43,000 dollars it hasn't paid from 2001 taxes.
"To have to go and worry about whether or not we're getting what is owed to us is certainly something that this county is going to have to address and has been an issue for several years and hasn't been addressed properly," said County Executive Barbara Fiala.
A warrant was issued the collect the taxes from 2001.
The county still needs to add up the remaining amount the hotel owes from 2002 to now.
No one from the Grand Royale or the ownership was available for comment.
