A man is dead following a crash in Tioga County, Pennsylvania.

Pennsylvania State Police say it happened just before 7 o'clock Monday night on Route 349 in Clymer Township.

28-year-old Laura Kio of Sabinsville was driving south on 349 when she spun out of control and crashed into a vehicle parked in a driveway.

One of the passengers in her vehicle, 31-year-old William Kurtz of Sabinsville suffered severe head trauma in the collision, and was pronounced dead at the scene.

There were also two children in the vehicle: a 9-year-old girl who sustained major injuries, and a 6-year-old girl who was moderately injured. They were flown to Geisinger Medical Facility for treatment.

Kio was also moderately injured, and was flown to Robert Packer Hospital.

Police suspect alcohol may have been a factor in the crash. The investigation is ongoing.
