An apartment was raided inside a building at 19 Frederick street in Binghamton.
A vehicle returning from New Jersey was also searched.
Authorities say they confiscated more than 300 bags of heroin worth more than 6 thousand dollars, plus drug packaging material, and a rifle.
Johnson City Police and New York State Police say they've been investigating for several months.
Arrested in the vehicle are 38 year old Victor Pinero of Binghamton on 2 drug charges and a weapons charge.
And, 42 year old Gary Picott of Binghamton who's facing a drug charge.
Both are in the Broome County Jail.
