3 Men Die in Crash

The wreckage was so tangled it took emergency crews hours at the scene.

3 men who worked for J&K Plumbing and Heating in Binghamton were on their way to a job site in Cayuga County.

The sheriff's office says they were traveling in Sennett, near Syracuse.

The driver lost control and the car hit a dump truck full of sand this morning.

Investigators haven't determined the cause but say weather played a part.

It was misty and the was road slick.

31 year old Stephen Hujar of Johnson City, 26 year old Kenric Mondak of Warren Center, and 25 year old Ryan Smith of Binghamton died in the crash.

The Cayuga Sheriff's office says Ryan Smith was the driver.
