A Binghamton man is charged with attempted murder after an early morning stabbing.
Police responded around 3 this morning to a home on Annette Avenue on Binghamton's West Side.
Police found a semi-unconscious man, suffering from a stab wound.
Detectives say the victim was taken to Wilson Hospital where he underwent surgery and is expected to recover.
30 year-old Sangchoul Lee is charged with attempted murder.
He's also charged with assault and obstructing governmental administration for hitting a police officer.
Lee was arraigned Binghamton City Court and is in the Broome County Jail without bail.
