Annette T. Bidwell (36) of Whitney Point was sentenced in Broome County Court to a one year conditional discharge on her plea to Petit Larceny that was made in satisfaction of the indictment filed against her. Bidwell entered a guilty plea yesterday and made full restitution prior to sentencing today. Bidwell was indicted on seven counts of Falsifying Business Records and one count of Grand Larceny in the Fourth Degree in connection with her theft of $1,598.40 from her employer, Burke Pest Control during a seven month period in 2007 and 2008.
The case was handled by Senior Assistant District Attorney Stephen D. Ferri.
