A woman's death labeled suspicious has now been ruled a suicide.
State Police and the Broome County District Attorney's office closed the investigation into the death of 40 year old Kimberly Hatch.
In October of 2008, troopers responded to a call about an unresponsive women.
They found Hatch dead in her home on Shady Drive in Endwell.
Her death was originally called suspicious.
An autopsy and toxicology tests show Hatch died from a drug overdose.
Alcohol, and medications used to treat anxiety and depression were found in her system.
Investigators say the case is closed.
