Jury selection began in the trial of a man accused of killing a student at SUNY Delhi.
22 year old Tyshawn Bierria or Corona died from multiple stab wounds in the spring of 2008.
Campus Police reported Bierria was found severely wounded outside Russell Hall on the SUNY Delhi Campus.
Police said Bierria was attacked by several people in the early morning of April 27.
He died a few days later at Bassett Hospital in Cooperstown.
While 5 people were arrested, only one was indicted by a grand jury.
23 year old Jose Antonio Lambert of New York City is now on trial for 2nd degree murder.
