Monday night City Council passed an anti-cruising law. Cruising is when people drive repeatedly through areas looking for drugs or prostitutes.
The law focuses on the Weed and Seed area. It is now illegal for vehicles to pass the same reference point, like a traffic light or sign, more than three times in a two hour period. If convicted, you face a 150 dollar fine. The law will be enforced between 7 p.m. and 4 a.m.
