A Vestal woman remains in the Broome County Jail, accused of hiring someone for a murder.

Police arrested 49-year-old Vicki Adamek.

Johnson City Police say Adamek paid someone to commit murder.

The exchange allegedly happened March 23rd, and Adamek was arrested in Endicott that same day.

Police aren't releasing many details, only saying it's domestically-related.

Police won't say who Adamek wanted dead, or who she paid to commit the crime.

She's charged felony solicitation and conspiracy, and tonight remains in the Broome County Jail.
