Binghamton Police say it happened near Oak Street and Seminary Ave around 9 p-m.

Police had initial reports of around 20 people arguing on Oak Street near Chapel Place.

That's when they received a call of shots fired.

One person was found with a gun, but they're not sure if it was used in the shooting.

No one's been charged yet, but police say charges will probably be filed.
