PA Teacher Charged with Indecent Assault

A man who was supposed to be chaperoning a school trip ends up charged with indecent assault.

The victim is one of his students.

Pennsylvania State Police say 27 year old Robert Hochberg of Clarks-Summit touched a 15 year old male's intimate parts and rubbed his chest.

The incident happened after the 15 year old, who was sleeping on the floor, told Hochberg he was cold.

Hochberg then invited the boy to sleep with him.

The boy fell asleep only to wake up to Hochberg touching him
.
Hochberg is now charged with indecent assault.
