Fire Fighters responded to lot 41 of the West Corners Trailer Park.

It's behind Phil's Chicken House off Route 26.

The fire destroyed the trailer, and flames also damaged the trailer next to it.

"As you can see by the charred area it obviously started around the living room area because that's the heaviest spot. You couldn't stand here without feeling the heat and because of the wind direction it carried over into a second trailer," says Lt. Brian Haight of West Corners Fire Department.

Broome County Fire Investigators are looking for the cause.

New York State Police arrested the man living there, 23 year old Eric McNeilly.

Binghamton Police had a warrant for his arrest for criminal contempt.

McNeilly was arraigned in City court and released.
